1. Protect property and provide a safe environment for guests and Associate. Supervise all on-duty security personnel, including dispatcher station. Coordinate job assignments and ensure that each officer is briefed on the day’s activities. Compile information and file written reports.
2. Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting or loitering around building.

3. Conduct walk through observations of entire hotel. Promote safe work practices.

4. Assist to develop and administer safety programs.

6. Assist Safety and Security Manager for interviewing, selecting, reviewing and counseling security officers to maintain order throughout the hotel.

7. Train new Associates according to all corporate specifications, including documentation.

8. Monitor associate activity and coach subordinate performance.

9. To provide training, instructing and guiding all security associates regularly so that associates may carry out or discharge their duties efficiently all time.

10. Ensure that maximum-security protection is given to the life and person of the hotel’s guests.
