保安部主管 Security Supervisor

1. Protect property and provide a safe environment for guests and Associate. Supervise all on-duty security personnel, including dispatcher station. Coordinate job assignments and ensure that each officer is briefed on the day’s activities. Compile information and file written reports.

保護酒店財產，和為賓客和員工提供安全的居住，工作環境。督導當班的安全部員工。分配協調任務，確保當班員工理解當天的注意事項和情況。準備每天的書面工作報告。

2. Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting or loitering around building.

對進出酒店，或在酒店區域閑逛的可疑人員，保持監視。

3. Conduct walk through observations of entire hotel. Promote safe work practices.

對整個酒店區域進行巡視檢查。推廣安全操作規范。

4. Assist to develop and administer safety programs.

協助推廣實行各項安全工作程序。

5. Assist to conduct daily briefing and periodically associate meeting.

協助主持每天的例會和每階段的員工大會。

6. Assist Safety and Security Manager for interviewing, ｓｅｌｅｃｔing, reviewing and counseling security officers to maintain order throughout the hotel.

協助保安部經理面試，選拔，審核，指導部門員工，以確保他們達到酒店的標準。

7. Train new Associates according to all corporate specifications, including documentation.

為新員工提供入職培訓。

8. Monitor associate activity and coach subordinate performance.

平時注意觀察下屬的工作表現，并隨時加以現場指導。

9. To provide training, instructing and guiding all security associates regularly so that associates may carry out or disｃｈａｒge their duties efficiently all time.

對安全部員工工作定期培訓，確保員工在必要的情況下雖是應用和發揮所學習的知識和技能。

10. Ensure that maximum-security protection is given to the life and person of the hotel’s guests.

確保酒店的賓客安全得到最大程度的保護。

11. Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner that all Club Med Joyview Resort standards are being applied.

確保酒店賓客受到迅速高效，禮貌周到的服務，同時全面達到地中海俱樂部的各項標準。

12. Assist guests at hotel public areas whenever require.

隨時在酒店公共區域協助賓客。
