HR Assistant Intern(Social Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

?Support Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment topics, assist in daily hiring activities including job briefing, internal and external job posting, CV ｓｅｌｅｃｔion, phone screen, interview arrangement and stakeholder communication.

?Support vendor management including PR creation and payment process

?Work on data analysis and reporting to ensure clear and accurate documentation.

?Communicate with employees for HR topics when necessary.

?Other tasks assigned by Line manager.

Requirements:

?Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.

?Available to least 4-5 days per week for 4-6 months.

?Highly proactive and self-motivated.

?Good English and communication skills.

?Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT and Outlook).

?Previous internship experience in MNC or recruitment agency is a plus.
