Responsibilities:    

SupportHR Business Partners on HR topics (Performance management, Promotion, etc.) acrossdifferent business divisions in Porsche ChinaAssist indaily recruitment topics including job briefing, internal and external jobposting, interview arrangement and stakeholder communicationSupportvendor management including PR creation and payment processWork ondata analysis and reporting to ensure clear and accurate documentationCommunicatewith employees for HR topics when necessaryOthertasks assigned by HR Business Partners

Requirements: 

Bachelordegree or above with major in Human Resources, Business Administration,Psychology, etc. Availableto work at least 4 days per week for 6 monthsHighlyproactive and self-motivated GoodEnglish and communication skillsGood atMicrosoft Office (Excel, PPT and Outlook)Previousrelated internship experience in MNC is a plusExpectedonboarding date: November
