TMDL Document List in Excel
The document list refers to the documents that need to be printed out for each machine.
1.select a machine in Jenplan under the "Document – Manual" tab and mark it with blue color.
2.Find integrated machines if necessary. (E.g. Stacker or Integrated Basic etc.)
3.Make a note in Jenplan which machine the integrated machine(s), if any, belongs to.
4.Print Order spec., Technical data sheet and possibly. Cors out from Q - Dossier - current machine
Document List / TMDL
1.Download a new document list under T:\Instructions\J_Templates\Lists of Documents for Instructions_4 and save it under T – Dossier – Current Machine – MxxxxxxTMDL
2.select language under the "PrintLanguage" tab.
3."Hide" the document references in the list that should not be used.
4.Fill in the documents that are missing data, DCON, TD and ABPG, remember to save both in Word and PDF
5.Copy the three columns "Document no.", "La" and "Re"
6.Paste the copied into a Notepad and save it as a text file in Dossier as Mxxxxxx.txt
7.Save the document list in Dossier as Mxxxxxx.TMDL
8.Open "JenPrint" and paste the text file from the dossier
9.Click on the "Document exists?" button.
a.Obtain any missing English documents (not El and PLC).
b.Go back to point 5 until "JenPrint" is complete.
10.Send mail to Lis Pihl that the machine is ready.
11.Mark the machine(s) in yellow inside Jenplan.
