Project Engineer 項目工程師

Responsibilities 職責:
1. Responsible for all process development for new projects assigned by supervisor on a daily basis, including drawing / moｄｅｌ /spec document creation and release, BOM creation and release, process flow definition, tool and equipment development, trial, validation and release, prototype and OTS support, WI/JES release, etc.
在每日的工作中，負責主管交辦的新項目所有工藝開發工作，包括藍圖、數學模型、規范文件的創建和發布，材料清單的創建和發布，工藝流程圖的定義，設備和工裝模具開發、試做、驗證和發布，原型樣件和工裝樣件支持，WI和JES文件的創建和發布等等。
2. Responsible for the on-time ｄｅｌivery of each ｄｅｌiverable and reporting at each APQP stage.
負責各個APQP階段所有交付任務的按時交付和報告。
3. New Business and New Technology development for HDT, including the machining components, equipment and tooling development, also including works with sales and local technical team to win new business.
負責新業務和新技術的開發，包括機加工零部件，設備和工裝模具開發，也包括與銷售部門和技術團隊協作來贏得新業務。
4. Lead the new technology implement to improve the efficiency and quality.
領導新技術的落地執行，提高效率和質量水平。
5. Works with quotation engineer, communicate with customer to analyze the manufacturing feasibility, win new business both locally and abroad.
與報價工程師一起工作，和客戶溝通交流，分析制造可行性，獲取國內外的新業務。
6. Improve the manufacturing process, Guide and drive the manufacturing process continuous improvements.
提出解決方案來改進制造流程，引導和驅動制造工藝的持續改進工作。
7. Investigate, analyze, and do trials for the new technologies of the product, process, equipment, test instruments and tooling.
調查、分析并試驗針對產品、工藝、設備、測試儀器和工裝模具的新技術工作。
8. Work with global tooling team for new technology development and lead new technology introduction in HDT China.
和全球的工裝模具團隊一起工作，開發新技術，并將其導入HDT中國。
9. Involve and support quality issue investigation until completion.
參與和支持質量問題的調查，直至解決。
Job requirements 崗位要求:
1. College degree or above in metal material (aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc.), welding, or mechanical engineering related field.
金屬材料（鋁合金、不銹鋼等），焊接，或機械工程相關領域大?；虼髮Ｒ陨蠈W歷。
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience of automotive industry, prefer automotive pipe related products. Successfully led and ｄｅｌivered project, good knowledge of equipment development, manufacturing engineering.
至少5年以上汽車行業工作經驗，汽車管路行業相關產品經驗優先。成功地領導和交付過項目，在設備開發、制造工藝方面有較好的知識。
3. Good knowledge of automotive tools such as GD&T, APQP, PFMEA, etc., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, i.e. 8D, DMAIC, etc.
在汽車行業常用工具有較好的知識儲備，比如GD&T, APQP, PFMEA等。有較強的數據分析和問題解決技能，比如8D、DMAIC等。
4. Good customer awareness. Design and development of fluid handling solutions with customer engineering.
有良好的服務客戶意識，能夠與客戶工程團隊一起設計和開發流體處理類產品的解決方案。
5. Open minded, good urgent sense, willing to communicate, hardworking, good teamwork and engagement. Willing to work initiative and individually.
思維開放，有良好的緊迫感，愿意溝通和努力工作，有良好的團隊協作和敬業精神，愿意主動地獨立地發起工作。
6. Good command of Chinese & English in reading and writing. Workable oral English.
漢語和英語讀寫能力良好，在工作方面可用英語口語簡單溝通。
7. Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
具備良好的溝通技能，能夠與各個層級的利益相關方進行有效溝通。
8. Good automotive pipe products and process knowledge, familiar with related components and specifications, i.e. metal pipe, plastic tubing, quick connector and adaptor, misc. accessories, welding and brazing knowledge, leak testing, end forming, bending, etc.
具備良好的汽車管路產品和工藝知識，熟悉相關的零部件和技術規范，比如金屬管、塑料管、快速插頭和轉接器、各種附件、焊接和釬焊知識、泄漏測試、端部成型、折彎等。
9. Good command and high skills at one of AutoCAD，Pro-E，UG，CATIA.
至少掌握一種CAD軟件的高級技能，比如AutoCAD，Pro-E，UG，CATIA。
