崗位職責: 1、協助總經理助理計劃、組織、協調、安排重大商務、事務活動; Assist general manager assistant to plan, organize, coordinate and arrange major business activities; 2、協助總經理助理處理外部公共關系(政府、重要客戶等),做好來賓的接待工作; Assist general manager assistant to handle external public relations (links between business and government,relationships with key customers,etc..),complete the reception work; 3、協助總經理助理安排總經理日常行程; Assist general manager assistant to Arrange daily schedule for general manager; 4、協助總經理助理重要會議的記錄及會議紀要的整理,并跟進落實; Assist general manager assistant to do the minutes of important meetings, and follow up the implementation; 5、完成其他臨時交辦的任務。 Other tasks assigned. 任職資格: 1、本科及以上學歷,多種專業背景優先; Bachelor or above, with multiple professional backgrounds is a plus; 2、英語聽說讀寫流利; Fluent in English or German is preferred; 3.愿意接受靈活工作時間的優先; Willing to accept flexible working hours as a priority; 4、服務意識強的優先、綜合能力強的優先、樂于溝通和工作效率高的優先。 Priority should be given to those with strong sense of service, strong comprehensive ability, willingness to communicate and high work efficiency.
