6. Monitoring and confirming time of departure with all due out guests and prepare for guest checking out at the ｅｘｅｃutive Lounge.

在客人退房當天，與客人確認離店時間并準備好客人的賬單

7. Performing cashiering duties, e.g. post in ｃｈａｒges, foreign currency exchange, checkout by cash or credit cards and selling of gift vouchers

認真做好每日前臺工作，如：收費，外匯兌換，現金結賬，信用卡結賬及使用兌換券結賬

8. Preparation for breakfast and cocktails daily and ensure food quality and service is maintained at the best for total guest satisfaction.

準備每日的早餐和晚間雞尾酒會，確保食物及服務的質量，做到讓所有客人都滿意而歸

9. Check your station, prior to opening, for cleanliness of ｔａｂｌｅs and chairs, proper set-up of salt and pepper, sugar, flowers, lamp, clean cutlery and glassware.?

檢查工作臺，做開檔前的準備工作，清理桌椅，正確擺放鹽，胡椒瓶，糖缸，花瓶，燈飾等，清潔餐具和玻璃器皿。

10. Develop a complete knowledge of menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods. Be ready to answer any guest questions about the menu in a positive and concise way. Know the use records.

熟練掌握菜單上各種菜的菜樣，菜系及燒法。積極熟練回答客人有可能會提出的任何疑問，熟記客人的點菜喜好。

11. Develop a good knowledge of beverages, liquors, and wine service.

充分掌握飲料知識，包括軟飲，酒精飲料及紅酒白酒的各項知識。

12. Warmly greet every guest with smile, ａｄｄress guest by name and take down????the record for reference.

熱情的問候每一位客人，盡可能稱呼客人的名字，記下客人的名字和桌號以便時后查閱。

13. Clean and reset the ｔａｂｌｅ according to standard procedures.

客人離開后，標準的清理并重新擺設餐具。
